Villa del Sol

Hotel Villa del Sol is one of our most expensive luxury hotels in Zihuatanejo, but as they say, you get what you pay for. There are 35 rooms and 35 suites, each uniquely designed in Mexican adobe-inspired architecture and include terraces or balconies and all the amenities you expect from a luxury hotel. The staff is exceedingly friendly and attentive, and most speak English. Hotel Villa del Sol is located on the beach at Playa La Ropa, and many people who stay there never even leave the premises their entire vacation except for a dip in the bay and a stroll on the beach.

just the facts, ma'am: Hotel Villa del Sol has 4 swimming pools, 600 feet of beach space with teak lounge chairs and palapas, two gourmet restaurants, three bars, a tennis court with a fabulous tennis pro to teach lessons, a spa, and the staff are happy to arrange other activities such as horseback riding, golf and scuba diving.

meet me @: Hotel Villa del Sol is located just off the road to Playa La Ropa. Turn right at the dolphins, and you’ll see the gorgeous, granite-clad entrance to your left. (However, due to a series of one-way streets, you have to continue down the street after your turn at the dolphins, then make a left and another left to reach the entrance.)
